1943年，中国共产党领导的抗日战争进入最艰苦时期。日本帝国主义和国民党反动派对我根据地实行双重打击。为发展和巩固抗日胜利果实，反对国民党的分裂，八路军边区剧社派曹火星、丁凯、肖静雨组成三人工作队，来到京西偏僻的歌谣之乡堂上村。 在通往堂上村的山路上，曹火星一行三人化装成小贩商人急走而来。堂上村刚刚遭受鬼子的扫荡，村里空无一人，一片狼籍。见村头杏儿家的房屋仍在着火，曹火星三人匆忙投入到灭火中。。1942年5月，协助英国军队抗击日军的中国远征军入缅作战失利，日军沿滇缅公路趁势进犯我滇西地区企图趁乱夺取惠通桥、越怒江天险，进犯中国西南大后方。中国守军果断炸毁惠通桥，将日军遏制在怒江西岸。。A group of young pilots in a remote region of the Canadian wilderness begin to hear strange reports over their radios about planes crashing, cars stalling and a deadly plague which has gripped the planet. It becomes clear that earth is in the midst of an invasion. The group of pilots decide to barracade themselves in a cabin deep in the woods and wait for their impending doom.。
