香港TVB综艺节目全集讲述德国，一个异常低调的欧洲大国，引人入胜之处多不胜数。主持袁学谦(Benedict)透过镜头和航拍机，发掘德国最让人意想不到的一面。 要探索二战和冷战时期这两段影响无数人的历史，必须先以德国首都柏林为轴心，一直延伸到邻近前东德城市莱比锡及被誉为「欧洲最美丽城市」的德勒斯登，慢慢感受战争在德国留下的痕迹；也顺道了解这些地方如何摇身一变，成为艺术家迸发热情与创意的地方。 为了让观众感受最地道的德国模样，节目还会一路往西，前往两个最古老的城镇：「古龙水之都」科隆和「黑啤重镇」杜塞尔多夫，以年轻人能负担得起的奢侈消费方式(Affordable Luxury)，重新认识这个国家的冷静与热情。。It's amazing to have finally seen this lost film. Poor Mark Burns died this year without ever having seen the finished film! Why was it lost? It's quite good but I can understand that even if this film had a normal release in cinemas it would not have been a hit. It's too sad and tragic. The performances are great, tho.
