故事紧随着大毒枭巴勃罗·埃斯科巴的死亡之后，缉毒局将目标转向强大的卡利集团，虽然毒品市场在美国以及其他地方的不断壮大，出人意料的是卡利集团的领导人Gilberto Rodriguez Orejuela 宣布在6个月后放弃可卡因业务，专注于合法商业利益。而该决定在卡利集团内部引起了不同的反应。。G.J. Echternkamp tells the story of his relationship with his parents, his mother Cindy (Russo) and his step-father, Frank (Platt). Frank used to be a member of OXO, a band from the '80s whose one hit wonder scored with the song "Whirly Girl". Cindy was the ultimate groupie who married Frank and thought life would be glamorous and award shows, but it's not how it turned out.。節目一連兩集，由新晉演員郭嘉駿（193）主持，找來當紅網絡影評人一同「講經」，由四個角度︰「港產大片」、「社會議題」、「人生處境」、以及「賀歲片」去切入，賞析論盡本屆金像獎（第43屆）的入圍電影。當中也有外景環節，訪問《香港四徑大步走》導演Robin Lee，談談紀錄片在香港市場定位；主持亦會帶領觀眾參觀《九龍城寨之圍城》的電影展覽，分析作品揚威海外的原因，展望將來。。
