Mekong Hotel shot during the flood, intertwines the destruction, politics and drifting dream of future.。一天深夜，心情沮丧的女孩桃子独自去看乐队的演出，在等待入场时碰到了街头魔术师飞仔。由于飞仔的失误，她的双手被魔术的手铐道具铐住解不开了，无奈的桃子为了解开手铐只好放弃演出，整夜与飞仔同行。二人在城市中奔走，遇到了一系列神奇而浪漫的事情。这一夜的奇遇使桃子变得乐观起来，有了勇气面对更美好的明天。。
