PIRATES 'The worlds shortest road movie', follows three eighteen-year-old friends on their journey from North to south London on New Year's Eve 1999.。每集節⽬都會有休閒和辛酸的⼀⾯,休閒當然是在香港潛⽔熱點尋幽探秘。另外⼀方面就是讓主持體驗職業潛⽔⽣涯，究竟職業潛⽔和休閒潛⽔的分別有多⼤，想將興趣轉為職業⼜會多辛苦，究竟體驗過後會喜歡潛⽔嗎？。
