In a world ruled by profit and dominated by the exploitation of the weaker ones, the film literally offers an alternative set of ways about how to thin...。阿B（李修贤 饰）是和母亲同住狭小老旧公寓的便衣刑警，他为人热血办案手法大胆，令新报道的同事阿杰（艾迪 饰）大开眼界。阿杰与阿B性格迥异，一心只想通过考试晋升警官。阿B压制分别住在山上村和山下村的两位大佬小黑与红番，并通过红番手下的毒虫小弟阿成（太保 饰）买得多个线报，阿B获悉犯罪信息立下功劳，令阿杰亦得到嘉奖，二人友谊日盛一日。不久，阿成因毒瘾反复发作，犯下大错，被小黑和红番连番毒打，终至丧命，阿B调查阿成死因，追查小黑，不料却引发意外，将自己逼上绝路，而小黑也只得选择铤而走险，警匪都再别无选择……。
