该片讲述的是因为色听而无法听到音乐的诗贤（Dara 饰），与身为知名作曲家却陷入低谷而没办法写歌的志一（韩载锡饰）通过音乐沟通并成长的故事。。In his starring debut Roy gets elected to congress in order to bring water to the ranchers in his district. In Washington he learns he needs the backing of a key congressman and gets that man to go west for an inspection trip. When the Congressman is initally unimpressed, Roy gets the inspection party stranded without water to show the true conditions.。
