讲述了想成为童书作家的强迫症女孩与园艺大师为了创造一座奇幻花园而发展出一段动人的友情的故事。。故事简介：在沙田一栋三层的複式楼宇内，住着两组房客──四个男孩子合租二楼，而四个女孩子则同住于三楼。初时，由于双方之间曾有一些误会，导致争执常生，互相捉弄，男孩子和女孩子各不相让，各自想出计策来对付对方，这种水火不容的场面，令双方互有损失。他们曾经以斗食和斗跑来定胜负，胜者为王，成绩却是不相伯仲，于是又来一场麻雀大决战，结果又是打和。而自这一场大战之后，他们对彼此的性格了解，仇视逐渐消失，很快就交好成为「四对」啦！。Jimmy Connors and his girlfriend want to take part in Paul Whiteman's high school bands contest, but they cannot afford the fare.
