Noreno, a half-Roman, is entrusted the mission of crossing the mountains to ask ...。极具生意头脑但游手好闲的大国（马东锡饰），意外认识了技术高超但被吊销营业执照的整容医生智友（郑敬淏饰），二人一拍即合，雄心壮志的大国势要改写韩国整容史。凭着摸爬滚打多年的社交手腕，大国成功接通黑白两路，整容医院不仅迅速爆红，更冲出国际吸引外国人来组团换脸。当他俩的整容帝国如日中天时，背后却有人对他们的生意虎视眈眈，成功令无数男女改写命运的大国，这次能否帮自己大翻身？。本片由四个故事组成，主要讲述了因果轮回，为自己过去的行为买单。《有故事的人》里的三角债，《审丑时代》里整容失败的嫦娥，《老二》里不信自己信大仙的段老二，《IP》里一心抄袭、抵制原创的牛主编，他们或因债务的上家和下家压得喘不过气，或因他人的审美标准不断地作贱自己的外表，也有因为封建迷信而放弃了自己本职的事情，更有为了金钱利益，不惜盗用他人创意和想法，这些都是因为他们当初种下了不良的“因”，才会得到如今令人或嬉笑或惋惜的“果”。。
