故事发生在美国内战结束的六年、八年或者十二年后，一辆驿站马车疾驰在怀俄明州的冻土之上。车上坐着赏金猎人约翰·鲁斯和他抓获的逃犯黛西·多摩格，他们将前往红石镇，鲁斯将在那里处决多摩格。车上的乘客还包括马奎斯·沃伦少校和克里斯·马尼克斯，沃伦曾经是北军士兵，现在则是臭名昭著的赏金猎人；马尼克斯曾是南军逃兵，现在自称是小镇的新警长。 由于在暴风雪中迷失方向，四人来到山口的一个小驿站休息，而驿站早就已经被几位不速之客占据了。这四人分别是临时看管驿站的鲍勃、红石镇的处刑人奥斯瓦尔多·莫布雷、牛仔乔-盖奇和南军将军斯坦福·斯密瑟。一杯有毒的咖啡导致八人产生纷争，最终事态将向不可预料的方向发展。。Bandits led by Matt the Mute enter a bar and kill multiple people. Randy Bowers comes to town and is framed by Matt the Mute, who is working with the sheriff, who doesn't know that Matt is really a criminal. Matt the Mute writes out everything he wants to say. Randy escapes with the help of Sally Rogers, the niece of the dead owner of the bar. Bowers runs from the sheriff, and ends up in the cave in which the bandits have their hideout. They kidnap Sally, who escapes with the help of Bowers. Matt the Mute is killed when he enters the bar, which is filled with explosives, and the niece marries Randy.。某天，30岁的华（佐藤里穗饰）她的恋人翔一郎（岭豪一饰）突然消失了踪影，在那之后，她和翔一郎的挚友晓（落合扶树饰）发生了亲密关系。感受着离去男人的背影以及海边的风，华依然等待着翔一郎。晓也一边维持着和华的关系，一边找寻着翔一郎的下落…。。
