A TUBA TO CUBA follows New Orleans' famed Preservation Hall Jazz Band as they retrace their musical roots from the storied city of jazz to the shores of Cuba and in turn discover a connection that runs much deeper than could have been imagined.。在身患“渐冻人症”的城市速写画家马赛克眼中，人和物都在“渐冻”，他需要在病情彻底恶化前收集一些快乐的回忆，自小暗恋小学同学神仙鱼的他终于拿出勇气，提出一个遗愿：“给我一天，当我的女朋友，可以吗？”。
