经历了严苛的训练和各种危险的救援任务，仙崎大辅（伊藤英明饰）和伙伴吉冈哲也（佐藤隆太饰）已经成为足以独当一面的优秀海猿战士。此时，他们正在第十管区鹿儿岛航空基地机动救难队进行集训，而伊泽环菜（加藤爱饰）借助工作调动的机会驱车20小时来到鹿儿岛，只为向仙崎要一个订婚的承诺。与此同时，一艘豪华游轮撞上货船后搁浅，正在执行训练任务的海猿战士迅速前往救援。船上旅客众多，事故情况复杂，各种意外情况层出不穷。在有限的时间内，仙崎和伙伴们能否让所有遇难乘客成功脱险？ 本片由小森阳一取材、佐藤秀峰创作的漫画作品《海猿》改编。。This film is not about the revolution that changed Ukraine this winter.
