This story relates to our lives as we strive to do our best, not just in sports, school but also relationships between friends...。「下山メシ 高崎篇」では、群馬県高崎市のシンボル・榛名山（はるなさん）を訪ね、富士山のように整った形が特徴の榛名富士を登ったあと、榛名湖畔の食事処・大蔵坊（だいぞうぼう）こばやしを訪れる。わかさぎフリッター、メンチカツコロッケ（メンコロ）など揚げ物とともにビールを楽しみ、高崎名産の小麦粉を使ったうどんで満腹に。番組初となる“デザートタイム”も設けられ、高崎産フルーツをふんだんに使用したパフェやパンケーキで締めくくられる。。
