故事发生在上个世纪三十年代初期，上海滩黑道横行，各种势力都混杂其中。就在此中突然出现了一帮自称守墓人的团体，因为他们守护的国宝被盗，并得知国宝的失窃与天和公司联系，才犯险与天和公司新晋的主事人梁家晋发生了冲突。梁家晋一贯秉承家规，坚信此事与天和公司无关。但想到父亲的意外离世、大哥的神秘失踪，也感觉蹊跷，便答应一同寻找国宝。不出所料，国宝果然在梁家长子梁家邦手中，他本想将国宝卖给日本人好大赚一笔。哪知交易现场却被弟弟、黑帮、守墓人搅了个天翻地覆，自己也命丧当场，死前还亲口吐露了自己杀害了父亲的事实。梁家晋顾不得处理家事，按照掌握的线索的找到了国宝，还设计将欲夺国宝的黑帮一网打尽，国宝物归原主。。Two women flee into the New Mexican desert to escape the clutches of an insidious cult.
