鬼门关刚开，凌晨零点零分时，台湾最大闹鬼医院-杏林医院里，出现了四位准备寻亲之人。由台南最负盛名的法师与其弟子带队，晓玲与妙如，她们各怀目的，义无反顾踏入医院，曾经在这发生的过往，一一涌上眼前。不料，医院阴气太重，压的四人喘不过气；无法投胎的怨魂纠缠，四人的生死，危在旦夕…。The story begins in today Istanbul, when a woman called Işık (Bade İşçil) arrives at an old house.
