本届金鹰节由中国文学艺术界联合会、湖南省人民政府、中国电视艺术家协会主办，长沙市人民政府、湖南省广播电视局、湖南广播影视集团（湖南广播电视台）承办，于11月4日至6日在湖南长沙举行，期间举办包括“开幕式暨文艺晚会”“金鹰论坛”“颁奖晚会”“提名荣誉颁授典礼”等六项主体活动，并揭晓备受关注的第31届中国电视金鹰奖各奖项。。影片讲述了古代的武馆忠义山庄原本和平安宁，但突遭各种小妖怪的骚扰。武馆的小雅为了救被竹叶青蛇精咬伤的师兄，私自放了那条被封印了500年的蟒蛇精。重获自由的蟒蛇精被捉妖奶奶收回了法力，她只能靠帮小雅她们打妖怪、以积攒的功德来孵化蛇蛋，直到蛇蛋破壳之日她才能重获法力。就这样，蟒蛇精阴差阳错成了山庄的安全使者，与武馆的孩子们一起降服了很多小妖怪。。Sidney Bristow is a college student who has an unusual job – she is a spy working for the CIA under secret conditions where not even her friends knows what she does.
